• Create and Implement Business and Marketing plan
• Comp Set analysis
• Assemble pre-opening budgets (working capital, Food & Beverage, Linen, China and other related FF&E and OS&E)
• Recruit, Interview and hire all key management and Line employees
• Establish action plans for each department and follow up on the execution
• Assist with any Business Licenses
• Develop Sales and Revenue management strategies
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures and employee benefit programs
